Faceless Friday

I’m not usually one to do a “Faceless Friday” but running through some images I shot for other photographers last fall, I saw this one I shot for Susan Kelly down in Indian Trail. Happy Friday, y’all!

Bridal Shower | Karen

So let’s just say the month of May consisted of all things Karen. Since she moved half way across the country to Waco, Texas upon getting engaged- she was going to be missing out on many wedding related festivities… and I didn’t want a proper bridal shower to be left out! Venue: Ayr Mount in Hillsborough, NC  Cake: Maxie B’s   Rentals (tables, chairs, gold flatware, plates, tablecloths): Party Reflections   Planning & Coordination: J Leigh Events   Flowers: Bella Grace Floral   Favors: Homemade blackberry cobblers (mini canning jars from Wal-Mart)   Monogram stickers: Moo.com   Food: Homemade Invitations: DIY   Calligraphy for invitations: Calligraphy by Carrie   Chevron runner: Paper Source

Bridal | Karen

On Saturday my best friend, Karen married her long time love, Paul so I can finally share a few of her bridals! A few weeks ago, we shot her bridal portraits at Ayr Mount Historic Home in Hillsborough, NC. I know many people don’t opt for bridals, but it really gives you an opportunity to see how you’ll move in your dress, figure out your accessories as well as go through trial runs with your hair, makeup, florist….. and bra. Karen opted for different earrings and shoes on her wedding day. Since I was the Matron of Honor on Saturday, my dear friend Jen, of Carolina Photosmith photographed their wedding day and I cannot wait to see the images! Venue: Ayr Mount Dress: WToo Mimi Flowers: Bella Grace To see all of Karen’s bridals and to order prints just click here! Ayr Mount is one of my favorite locations to photograph clients, be it brides, families or even a wedding! Interested in a session? Contact me!
