Baby | Jameson 10 Months

Welp… we missed his 9 month session due to sickness… so we made up for it at 10 months over Christmas. Since Jameson is quite a bit more mobile these days. moving him on to the porch for the session worked great. His other sessions were all done in their guest room… newborn, 3 month, 6 month. I loved the wood toy train that matched his outfit perfectly. Session is a mix of digital (Nikon D750), and Portra 400, 35mm

Portrait | 2016 Review

Since last week I shared my 2016 wedding review… it was only fitting that today I share my portrait review! I’ve loved getting to peek into couples and families lives though their portrait sessions. Maternity | Greer Family

Funny story…. Jeremy was a groomsman in a wedding earlier this year, while at the reception I was introduced to some collage friends of his, Paul and Morgan. We chatted and realized we lived in adjoining neighborhoods…. and then further realized we lived 4 houses down from Morgan’s parents! Even funnier, I drive past their house daily and admire the beautiful sunlight that streams through their yard (we even stopped off at the edge of their property when we had our own photos done last fall!). I was delighted when Morgan wanted her maternity photos done in that very spot. The light was so magical there! To view the entire gallery, click here!

Family | Hales

Ashley & Dallin lived on our street for several years and we hated when they left the neighborhood… and bouncy, adorable, Lyla wasn’t across the street with her big hair bows. I’m glad we’ve stayed in touch via Facebook and thrilled when I got to photograph their family at their favorite vacation spot, Ocean Isle Beach.
