Yesterday we attended Kaleb’s 3rd birthday at North Mecklenburg Park. We couldn’t have asked for better weather, better food, or better company! There was: basketball…. A Birthday Boy! McQueen everything….. including napkins 🙂 Lots of presents! A super cool Fillmore Cake! …. and ooooodles of excitement! Happy 3rd Birthday, Kaleb!!

Wow…. 100 posts…. I don’t want to be one of those sappy sentimental people that talk’s about how far they’ve come…. but wow… how life, this business and how much we’ve learned has changed since that first post, about 10 months ago! I love the direction were going, and to see how much we’ve learned in a short period of time never ceses to amaze me. I can only dream of where we’ll go from here! And, because I never want to post without a photo…. or two…. Our new personalized CD’s arrived today!!!! I LOVE THEM! Thanks to Jeff for helping us get the design figured out for our blog & products 🙂 …. and meanwhile…. Lou….. just hanging out and avoiding the doggies 🙂

Last week we made the decision to purchase some new equipment. It came today, and I cannot begin to express how excited I am! I truly believe these new pieces will only take our business in a wonderful direction 🙂 One of the new items: A macro lens…. a must for great ring shots! In addition to the macro, we got a D700 (Whoop Whoop!!!) a 35mm, and another SB900 🙂 (I know to all you non-photographers this is boring, and I apologize… but it’s really exciting to us!!) ……. side note: I hate maraschino cherries…. but they look cool 🙂
