November 14, 2010A couple of weeks ago we went to the Carolina Balloon Festival in Statesville. I was SO excited to go to this event! I am just facinated by hot air balloons, they’re so pretty, but simple. I am dying to go for a ride, and am determined to make it happen at next years festival!
We went on Friday, opening day because it was free to get in 🙂 I couldn’t have asked for better free entertainment!
on to the pretty sites…..
we weren’t really sure where to sit, so we camped out right in front, and waited for the action to begin….
When we realized where the balloons were taking off, and heading over the hill, we headed up the hill!
I can’t wait for next year!!!!
